Nimble is a compact and intelligent Social CRM, and the CRM I personally use. Nimble’s best feature is its ability to show me the Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ social updates of my contacts all in one stream. And within that same dashboard, I can view contact information, email my contact, as well as see mutual connections, all without having to go to any other screen.
I can also input and see deals I have with contacts within that same dashboard as well as in a larger pipeline. Another top tool I would be remiss if I didn’t mention is that Nimble allows me to instantly import contacts into Nimble from Hootsuite. This time-saving tool is key for the social seller, giving us the ability to bring new relationships we start in social networks, into our existing network to nurture and develop further.
